NZ residential property values have risen at the fastest quarterly rate in 12 years with the national average house value topping $600,000.00
Its the fastest quarterly gain since December 2003.
For the month of July the national average jumped 14.1 % from July 2015.
Hamilton , Queenstown Lakes and Tauranga saw the fastest growth with Hamilton values up by 31.5% over the last year at twice the pace of Auckland.
