Nicol Renovations Ltd will supply both the owner/client and the Council with a written Record Of Works document at the completion of all building and renovation works.
Nicol Renovations Ltd will supply the owner / client with all necessary Producer Statements from all sub-contractors and suppliers on all of their building or renovation projects.
Nicol Renovations Ltd will not be held liable for structural failure due to design and specifications supplied by architects or engineers. Nicol Renovations Ltd is bound to build to design and specifications supplied by the designers; therefore the liability shall lie with the architects and engineers that have designed it, and in the case of any structural failure, will have all responsibility to make good any fault.
