Before we started the project i had general concerns of the “unknown factors” that could arise as we were renovating a 100 year old house, and especially as we were adding a whole second level. Our weekly meetings and your constructive and open communication during the course of the project allowed us to effectively work through the project without any concerns.  I was impressed with your flexibility and “can do” approach of finding a practical approach to solve those issues.
