It appears that Auckland has become to expensive for many house buyers who seem to be looking at either lifestyle changes or moving out of Auckland but still within reach for new housing.

The average house price in Auckland again got higher and now stands at $890,000.00.

In my opinion this can only be good for the country as people look at other areas of the country to live and in doing so making them larger cities , increasing supply and demand for business yet still obtaining New Zealands lifestyle and decent size sections and housing rather than everyone moving to Auckland.
