Nicol Renovations

I’m Rod Nicol and I’ve been in the construction industry for nearly three decades.
I was taught good old school principles and methods of producing quality workmanship by my father, and most importantly, he also taught me about satisfying our clients with a complete building service.

In my early years as a builder I was involved in our family business, Nicasa Homes. This was a successful business building new spec homes and Auckland houses which were sold off plans before completion. I then went out on my own and have been working as a self-employed builder ever since. I formed Nicol Renovations Ltd as my company in 2006.

From there we have specialised in residential renovations on modern homes, older homes, villas, bungalows both large and small, leaky homes and reclads. We deliver quality, completed renovation projects for our clients on a regular basis. We are also part of the licensed building practioner scheme and proud to be so.
